Buttermilk Pie....Oh My!!!


Lately this has become my most favorite pie.  But please eat it warm and put a big ol' blob of whip cream on top.  I promise you're gonna love it!

Pie Filling:
 
Mix together until frothy...
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter....cool and then drizzle in bowl
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 T flour
4 eggs
 
Pour into shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or by tapping the side of the pie pan and center barely moves.
