Bear turns 17 in a few months. He hasn't changed much in all these years. He may sleep a little more and be a little grayer but he is still alert and has a great appetite. He loves to slap each of my dogs when they come in from outside...deep down Bear has always thought he was a dog!
He is never far from my side...sleeping beside me while I work, waiting by the tub when I take a bath and he still comes to greet me when I come home.
Our relationship has stood the test of time and I cannot imagine a day without him in it!
